The staff here were really friendly and helped us arrange transportation to and from the airport, and the location was convenient being close to transportation options and the exhibition center.

the location was fantastic for visitors to the fair grounds. Secondly, the value for money was impressive, especially considering the amenities and service provided. Additionally, the staff were lovely and attentive, going above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with attention to detail such as fresh bath linen and a comfortable bed.

The only minor downside was some slight noise from the plumbing late at night, but overall, it did not greatly impact my stay.

Trainstation is around the corner, with the rer its like 15 Minutes to downtown. A dayticket costs like 10 Euros for all the day with rer and Metro. The Hotel is in Zone 4 in Paris. The Hotel has a closed free parking area. Bakery and supermarket infront of the Hotel...

The Hotel equipment and funiture are from the 80' so pretty old and good used. Eventhough the room was new painted, it gave you the feeling that the Hotel was not good taken care of. The two stars they havewas maybe a few years agou. The nightbourhood is really loughd with a lot of social buildings surrounding the hotel. In the night it's pretty loughd outside. I would recommend the hotel for budget treveler, we payed 40Euros per night, that's a really good price for Paris with free parking.
